Why the range is wide within each class
Every category here spans a real range, not a single number, because "light jet" or "heavy jet" covers aircraft that differ meaningfully in age, equipment, and specific operator pricing. A well-equipped, newer aircraft in a class commands a rate near the top of the range; an older or less-equipped aircraft in the same class sits nearer the bottom. Treat these as planning ranges, then get an itemized quote for the specific tail you're considering.
